GSUSTORE PRIVACY POLICY

We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. At no time will we sell or broker any of the information we receive from you to any third parties. We will use it only for our own internal purposes and, where appropriate, to contact you directly. Shipping Options

Shipping and Handling

The University Store is proud to offer one flat rate of $6.25 shipping for any domestic order within the continental United States.

International Shipments

For international shipments, the shipping cost will be added to the customer's order total. Small shipments to Canada will be charged $30.00 in shipping fees. APOs and other military mail will be charged $12.00 shipping. Other international orders will be quoted shipping costs via email or phone.

Delivery

Web orders are pulled and processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Typically orders ship 1-2 business days after they are placed except during high volume periods at the start of the semester. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed for shipment or is ready for pick up in the store.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup purchases will be held at the customer service desk. A valid picture ID is required at pickup.

University Store Return and Exchange Policy

GSUSTORE PRIVACY POLICY

All returns and exchanges require a receipt or gift receipt. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.(Checks require 5 business day wait for cash refund.) Gift receipts are valid for exchange only. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was purchased. Clearance items are non-returnable.

General merchandise must be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Technology items must be in original unopened package and exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Defective items must be directed to the manufacturer.

Textbooks, access codes, rental books and, Vitalsource eBooks must be exchanged or refunded within one week of the first day of the semester. New book packages and access codes must be unopened and no more than 20% of Vitalsource eBooks can be accessed or printed to return. All Textbooks, access codes, rental books and Vitalsource eBooks purchased after the first week of the semester are ineligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges for merchandise returns are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a store error.

Partial Shipments

Partial orders are shipped only if one or more of the desired items are not in stock. In an effort to ensure the happiness of our customers, The University Store will make sure every order is shipped prompt and accurate. In addition, you will not be charged for the shipment of your back-ordered item.
